This page documents the consent record for the internal callback-alert SMS notifications sent by Top Notch Portable Buildings’ AI phone system to its own business owner. This service does not send text messages to customers or members of the public.

 

Consent method: The business owner personally requested this notification service in writing (by email) when engaging the company’s AI phone system provider to configure this phone number. This is not a website opt-in and not a keyword opt-in; there is no end user other than the business owner himself.

 

Exact consent language submitted by the business owner:

 

“If anyone calls and needs to talk with me right away, and they can’t schedule a call back between 5pm and 9pm, then send me a text and I’ll call them back as soon as possible.”

 

Who receives messages: Only the Top Notch Portable Buildings business owner. No customers, callers, or members of the public are ever enrolled or receive text messages from this number.

 

Message frequency: Limited to internal callback alerts triggered by inbound calls (approximately 1 message per callback event).
