NO CREDIT CHECK
Since this is a Rent To Own program and not a loan, no credit check required. We only need a copy of your drivers license or State issued ID. Terms are 3 yrs. and when completed, you own the building. The rental contract may be cancelled by you at any time with no obligation. You’ll need to call us and request that the building be picked up from your property.
If you wish to purchase the building at any time during the rental period, you may do so. There is no penalty for paying it off early, in fact, the sooner you pay it off, the more you save off the entire cost.

The most cost-effective way to purchase your storage shed is by paying in full at the time of purchase with cash, check, or credit card. By taking advantage of our rent to own program, you will end up paying more for your shed over the long run.
However, for those people who are currently paying commercial storage fees, this program is an excellent alternative. You still pay your monthly fee, but the shed is in your own backyard and at the end of the term the shed is yours to keep!! This is also a great option if you need the storage now but don’t have the cash at the moment.
